Our Business Development Strategy

To achieve our business objectives we are looking to develop ongoing relationships with medium to larger contractors to whom we can provide dedicated services which are as, or more, effective than they can produce themselves. This is where we can offer clients the highest and best value.

We are also continuing to work on a range of new products that will assist customers who wish to undertake works in-house (for example we have recently completed the updated versions of our Builders' Estimating System).

In order to develop our business and services we are:

 
Designing and implementing a range of systems and policies to improve the productivity of our team.
Developing a culture of innovation to continuously improve the accuracy and quality of the services we offer whilst at the same time reducing costs.
Investing in new technology (facilities, systems and software) to enhance the quality of services offered..
 
Implementing a range of ongoing training programmes in order to develop the skills of all team members.
Establishing offices abroad, in which a growing number of handpicked international construction graduates (who we have trained in the UK) will carry out work, allowing us to provide services at a competitive cost.
