Trevor Sadd ACIOB (Senior Estimator and Consultant)

Trevor has over 30 years' experience in the construction industry, and has been a partner in building contracting firms for over 25 years, serving as both contracts and financial managers. He has extensive experience of residential and commercial property development as well as alteration, refurbishment, and specialist joinery manufacture.

Trevor also has significant experience in project management and dispute resolution.

In his spare time Trevor is an active member of the CIOB (past chair of Norfolk centre) organising training and other events.

 

 

Simon Anderson (Senior Estimator and Consultant)

Simon was formally trained in estimating with R G Carter Ltd, later becoming a director responsible for estimating with Robin Anderson Ltd, a company offering general building services including new housing, alterations and refurbishments.

Simon has over 35 years of estimating experience in the construction industry.

 

 

Katherine Clover LLB (Marketing and Sales)

Katherine is currently undertaking the role of marketing, sales and client relations manager within TSA, as well as assisting with legal advice as required, following her graduation from the University of East Anglia with a LLB in English Law, French Law and Language in July 2006.

 

 

 

John Stagg (Senior Estimator)

John works on a freelance basis and has over 45 years' experience as a builder, civil engineer and financial director. He has held management positions with property developers, builder's merchants and specialist joinery companies including E J Tofts (Contractors and Civil engineers) where John was directly responsible for 150 staff.

John also has specialist knowledge of historic buildings.

 

 

David Owen M.Sc C.Eng MICE (Technical and Editorial Consultant)

David is a freelance chartered civil engineer who provides us with a range of technical and editorial support including writing, testing and documenting our continuous improvement, quality control and service and system manuals. David has over 30 years' experience at senior levels supervising large infrastructure and construction projects in the UK, Asia and the Middle East.

Further to this practical experience David was for three years Senior Lecturer in Civil Engineering at the then Liverpool Polytechnic (now John Moores University).

 

 

Rauno Randla B.Sc. (Estimator)

Rauno is the director responsible for quality and training. He has a Bachelors Degree in Building and Civil Engineering from Tallinn University of Technology and has just completed his Masters Degree in Business Administration. (MBA)

Prior to training with TSA Rauno worked in the specialist sub contracting area of the industry.

 

 

Marju Laurits M.Sc. (Estimator)

Marju is a director at TSA, responsible for product innovation and the employment of staff in the Estonian office. She graduated from the Estonian University of Life Sciences with a Masters Degree in Building. She has since completed specialist courses in ArchiCAD and 3D Max.

Marju worked for two construction companies in Estonia before undertaking a specialist estimating training placement with TSA in 2007.

 

 

Angie Lane (Trainee Estimator / Valuer)

Angela is a trainee estimator / valuer with just over 3 years' experience with TSA primarily concentrating on the valuation side of the business. In her own time Angi is building up a property development business.

 

 

 

Nick Johnson (Trainee Estimator / Valuer)

Nick has been working for TSA since November 2006 assisting in the preparation of estimates and valuations. Nick has a real interest in figures and is currently completing his Bachelor Degree in Computing and Statistics via the Open University.

 

 

 

Karen Allen (PA and Account Administrator)

Karen is a highly experienced PA having previously worked as an active fee earner within a large firm of solicitors. Karen is now employed by TSA as a PA and accounts administrator, involved in day to day project and time management.

 

 

 

Julia Zaritskaja (Senior Designer-Technician)

Julia joined TSA in March 2009 managing design work. She graduated from Tallinn College of Engineering with a Bachelors Degree in Applied Architecture. Before joining TSA she worked in the Architectural Studio in Estonia.

 

 

 

Krzysztof Kasperski (I.T. Support)

Chris works for TSA part time providing the team with IT support while concurrently studying Computer Science. He was responsible for setting up the company's digital office environment; designing Estimation, Valuation and Library Management Systems.

 

 

 

Daniel Saunders (Estimator / Consultant)

Daniel's specialist expertise comes from material supply initially with builders' merchants and then later setting up materials packaging and logistical support for one of the country's leading property developers. Daniel works on a freelance basis and, when available, specialises in estimating in relation to development works. He is also has a joinery business and is involved in property development activities.

 

 

 

Yue Guo B.Eng M.Sc (Website Technician and I.T. Support)

Yue has been working with Trevor Sadd Associates Ltd on a part-time basis developing our new website and providing general I.T. support while completing his PhD in E-Business at the University of East Anglia.
