Whilst estimating and tendering remain TSA's core business, valuation is becoming an increasingly important element.

*TSA does not offer a design service and sub-contractors offering design warranties would need to design the work prior to pricing.

This service can have a significant effect on profits, especially where projects are subject to variation or where contractors do not have a structured approach.

The different levels of services offered are extensive and interested parties are invited to discuss their requirements, in the first instance, with the marketing and sales team.

Please note: Valuation services are generally limited to the East Anglia region, down to the outskirts of London (see highlighted area of map).
