Trevor Sadd Associates Ltd (TSA) is constantly designing and improving aspects of its service range.
Our fee guides and fee quotations are, unless otherwise stated, prepared on the basis of our standard estimating service time frame, that is completing estimates within a return deadline of 12 - 15 working days*.
The longer you allow, the lower the fee. If a client can allow us longer than 15 working days to complete their estimate, the schedule of discounts offered, subject to availability, is as follows;

| 16 working days+ | 4% off quoted fees |
| 18 working days+ | 6% off quoted fees |
| 22 working days+ | 8% off quoted fees |
*Days taken to complete an estimate begin the day following receipt, by TSA, of the clients’ payment and all requested documentation (as per the procedure for ordering work) and end on the day that we email, fax or post the completed estimate back to the client. A working day is defined as Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, excluding bank holidays.
