Ordering an Estimate

1. Give our sales team a call to confirm our availability. At this time we will need to know:

The size and nature of the works to be estimated (e.g. 8 new two-storey houses).
The approximate value of the works (e.g. under £750,000).
The extent of services you require (e.g. a fully analysed estimate plus any supplementary services such as an assessment of preliminary costs, sub-contractor quotations, tender presentation letters, etc).
The requested tender return date (if applicable).

If at that time we have the capacity to take on your job we will ask that you forward (in hard copy or preferably digitally) the relevant documentation to us (e.g. plans, specification, digital photographs...). We may also be able to give you an approximate indication of our fee based on the above information

2. Within 24 hours of receipt of your documentation our sales team will return a written fee quotation.  At this time we will provisionally book your job in.

3. If you are happy with our fee quotation and return date please confirm the same at your earliest convenience. We generally work on a payment in advance basis so will also at this point require your payment (see payment options).

4. If for any reason you do not want us to proceed with works we will return your documentation immediately, by special delivery if the same were received in hardcopy. (This process is designed to ensure that there is little cost or risk to clients in making a quotation enquiry).

In relation to ordering other services please call our marketing and sales team who will make an appointment for you to discuss your individual requirements with the marketing manager or a senior estimator.
