Trevor Sadd Associates Ltd (TSA) actively supports the placement of students during their academic studies. Trevor Sadd has also acted as a mentor and tutor in relation to many student's degree level and master levels work including providing university support on thesis work.

Beth Watson LLB (Step Project: Delays and Disruptions in the Construction Industry) Beth came to TSA on a Step Placement while she was reading law at the UEA, Norwich. Having successfully completed her investigation into delays and disruption in the construction industry, Beth continued to work for TSA for 18 months until she went on to undertake the Legal Practice Course at the BPP Law School in London.

Alex Potts (Step Project: Marketing) Alex is studying law at Sheffield University and undertook a short marketing project for TSA as part of her course. Her work in defining products and their target markets provides an essential component of our current marketing strategies.

Mark Hope B.Sc. (Project: Document Management) Mark was studying Computer Science at Staffordshire University and spent the third year of his degree on an industrial work placement with TSA, during which he prepared the initial work in relation to remote services, created a number of complex databases and designed and implemented TSA's document management system as part of TSA's move toward a digital office.

Laura Biggins (Step Project: Outsourcing Work) Laura was involved in the primary stages of researching the feasibility of outsourcing work to an office abroad. Her project was somewhat shorter than most, however, during her short stay she did undertake a number of the initial enquiries and necessary checks that allowed us to determine that Estonia was an ideal country in which to work; she also founded our initial links with the Estonian universities. On the basis of Laura’s work, during 2007 we established our first international office in Tallinn.

Jack Everitt B.Sc.Hons M.ScR (Step Project: Data Transfer and Presentation) Jack came to TSA on a Step Placement while he was studying Computing with Computer Graphics at the UEA Norwich. Jack continued working part-time for TSA on various technical tasks, including database work, and in an IT support role until he left to concentrate on his Masters Research in Computer Science.

Laura Tigue (Placement: IT Support) Naomi, Stuart and Daniel together spent a useful 9 months working on business planning, marketing and presentation for general building contractors. Naomi was an undergraduate in Law, Stuart was an undergraduate in Marketing and Daniel was an undergraduate in Engineering.

As part of our team Laura successfully completed a range of PC and Network support activities. |
